Office of Undergraduate Research and Inquiry
The Office of Undergraduate Research and Inquiry (OURI) serves as a centralized support office for students and faculty who are engaged in undergraduate research and inquiry. OURI offers university-wide programs such as undergraduate research grants, the annual undergraduate research symposium, and the undergraduate research journal.
Semester by the Sea (HBOI)
This one-semester program for undergraduate students offered by Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute and the Department of Biological Sciences is designed to provide undergraduate students an opportunity to broaden their educational experience with a semester-long immersion in marine science, with emphasis on marine biology.
Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute Summer Internship Program
The 10-week program is designed to provide hands-on experience in a range of areas to qualified undergraduate and graduate students.
