There are many paths to earning a graduate degree at FAU.

Here are some routes you can take to earn your graduate degree:

Accelerated Pathways

option one

Combined Degrees (Bachelor’s to Master’s)

The University offers combined bachelor’s to master’s degrees which allow you to take graduate courses in your senior year of your undergraduate degree, dependent on your available credits. In some areas you can earn a master’s degree in only one year. Speak with your academic advisor during your junior year of college or when you have reached junior credit standing (60+ credits) to explore the options available and inquire when to apply for your graduate program of interest. Click here to apply for a combined bachelor's to master's degree program. Please remember to select the option indicating that you are applying for bachelor’s to master’s (B.S. to M.S) program.

option 2

Program Plan with Summer Classes
Taking coursework as an undergraduate in the summer can place you on an accelerated pathway toward earning your bachelor’s degree and allow you to begin your master’s degree sooner.
