Dr. Jason HedetNiemi
Instructor of Mathematics
Born and raised in Clemson, South Carolina, I earned my undergraduate degree at Furman University, majoring in mathematics. I pursued my graduate degrees at Clemson University, earning my PhD in 2016. After graduation, I spent a visiting year at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire and three years at Wingate University located just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina before joining the Wilkes Honors College. My research interests fall in the field of graph theory, where I am interested in various aspects of domination. Outside of academics, I like running, having completed two half marathon races, reading, programming, and gaming.
